Precast concrete factory


Precast concrete elements for structural engineering are efficiently produced with consistent quality at the precast concrete factory. Paul provides advice and supplies casting bed equipment for beams, roof trusses, Pi slabs, flat slabs as well as smaller bar-shaped elements and bridging joists. Paul casting bed equipment is available for various element sizes, up to heavy bridge girders.

During the planning phase we pay particular attention to designing your plant in such a way that it meets possible future requirements and complies with the highest demands of occupational safety. At the same time we always focus on the economic efficiency.

For prestressing precast concrete elements we supply

Casting bed equipment:

Sliding mould production


Hollow core slabs or flat elements are endlessly produced on long casting beds using slide formers or extruders. After setting of the concrete the elements are sawn to the requested length.

For stressing on the sliding mould we supply

Casting bed equipment:

  • • Equipment for casting beds of 1.2 m, 1.5 m and 2.4 m in width with a stressing force of 2000 kN to 4000 kN incl. abutment anchor plates (also arranged below floor level allowing the slide former to pass over)
  • • With or without detensioning equipment (abutment anchor posts, detensioning anchors, detensioning cylinders)
  • • If requested, also special solutions for your individual requirements
  • • Anchor grips for wire and strand

Pole production


Prestressed concrete poles for advertising beams visible from a long distance, power lines, signal posts or other applications are produced at the precast concrete factory in a cost-efficient and effective manner and with consistent quality using various methods. Either pre-cut prestressing wires (also with button heads) or strands with anchor grips are used for this purpose. Depending on the method, all wires are prestressed in a bundle (particularly in the case of many small wires) or using a single-wire stressing jack. A rigid spun mould is often transmitting the stressing force.

Ram piles, however, are either produced on long casting beds or, in individual cases, using the carousel system.
